Visitors with an interest in Jewish genealogy are always welcome. Meetings are held from September to June, normally on the second Sunday of each month, beginning at 1:30 PM. Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held at the offices of Gulf Coast Family and Community Services in Clearwater.

Creative Ways to Share Family History
If your family isn’t nearly as excited as you are about your genealogical findings, join the Jewish Genealogical Society of Tampa Bay at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8, to learn about creative ways to engage others in your family history. In this presentation, JGSTB member Cheryl Segal will show how you can use words, photos, games, audio and videos that will draw people into your work.
Segal, a retired newspaper reporter and editor, is a 2021 graduate of Boston University's Certificate Program in Genealogical Research and is the author of the book "All My Love: The True Story of a Correspondence Courtship," based on the 605 letters her parents wrote to each other from 1948-49.
